Mogwai

Masters of the post-rock genre, Mogwai is an explosive live act. Like Sigur Rós and Explosions in the Sky, they create a cinematic style of rock music filled with majestic crescendos and epic soundscapes.

Their visceral performances move from restrained and delicate to cacophonous and daring to create mostly-instrumental music with great depth.

Mogwai have created mesmerising soundtracks for several feature films and shared recording credits with the Kronos Quartet. In Perth for the first time in many years, Mogwai promise to deliver a potent closing night at Beck’s Music Box.

    Tickets for 8.30pm shows are limited and will sell out! Ticket holders only until 10.30pm.

    Entry to the venue is restricted to persons 18+. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, entry is at the venue's discretion.

    Transport
    The Beck’s Music Box is located on The Esplanade on the Southern edge of the Perth CBD. Buses and trains run frequently to the Perth City Busport and Esplanade Train station, which are both adjacent to the venue. Transperth Infoline: 13 62 13

    Parking
    Undercover parking is available at the nearby Perth Convention Exhibition Centre Carpark, entry via Mounts Bay Road. Fees are capped at $11 for the period 6pm to 6am.
