Booking Conditions
All mail, fax, telephone and website bookings through BOCS and the Festival Information Centre incur a $6.60 service charge. All telephone bookings can be made by credit card. If you choose to have your tickets delivered by Registered Post, a $8.60 transaction fee will apply, which is inclusive of $6.60 transaction fee.
The transaction fee is non refundable.
No refund or exchange will be provided on tickets other than those provided for under State and Federal trading laws. Lost or Stolen Tickets: Tickets purchased for events that have unreserved or general admission seating which are lost/stolen/not received will not be replaced. Friends: Friends are entitled to discounts on two tickets for most Festival events. Friends of the Festival ticket discounts to the Lotterywest Festival Films are available on an unlimited number of tickets purchased in advance through BOCS outlets or on two tickets only per week at the door on the night of the screening. Child: Unless stated otherwise, child is under 14 years of age. Concessions: Students, Pensioners, Seniors and Unemployed (S/P/S/U) are entitled to concession prices as advertised. When booking, concession number must be provided.
