Felice Arena grew up in the small Victorian town of Kyabram and studied at La Trobe University in Bendigo. He graduated as a primary school teacher, but decided instead to pursue his love of acting and writing. As an actor he played Marco Alessi in Neighbours for a year before starring on the London West End in the musicals Hair, Godspell, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and What a Feeling! He has made guest appearances on many television dramas, presented children's TV (Saturday Disney, UK) and performed in numerous pantomimes and commercials. Felice Arena is also the award-winning author of several bestselling books, including the enormously popular Specky Magee series, co-written with former schoolmate and AFL legend Garry Lyon. |
